Xhenet is also known as the lost continent as little is known about it and it is impossible to access. Its history has long been lost only myths and rumor remain. The one consistency in the stories is that the Fallen King an evil entity; god in some of the stories, was imprisoned there long before recorded history until one day his prison was broken causing the breaking of the world it was then that the continent became enveloped by large stalagmites that formed a sort of barrier the 2nd barrier preventing anyone from accessing the land. The 1st barrier the constant torrential storms that rage around the perimeter of the continent making the sea almost impassible, only the most experienced men and women of the sea could fare its waters and those that made it past have never returned. Some believe there are still inhabitants on the island, creatures of darkness and followers of the Fallen King that will lay siege to the world when he returns. Others believe all life was wiped out on Xhenet and all that remains is a grim reminder of darker times. As with all mysteries of Fold the call of the unknown has lured adventures for millennia claiming the lives of Journeyman and Masters alike.
